HOW TO USE IT
It is recommended that ALA be taken at a dose of 600 mg (rounded 1/4 tsp) one to two times a day, depending on the intended effect. These servings should be taken without food. It is best not to take too much at once, as this might cause imbalanced levels of ALA.
