Return & Refund Policy

Thrassos offers a 14 days Return Policy for all customers. You can request a return for most items within 14 days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent back to our Usawarehouse.

How to Cancel an Order:

For cancelling order, we only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed or/and shipped, the order will not be processed under any cancellation request but under our 14 Days Return Policy.
**Order cancellation must be submitted via submitting a cancellation ticket, requesting a cancellation with the use of any other forms of contact, i.e. Email will not be accepted.

About our 14 Days Return Policy:

In case you change your mind and would like to return the item back to us under our 14 Days Return Policy, you are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service to have the parcel returned to avoid any loss or dispute.

If your item is defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer’s fault, Thrassos will arrange a courier pick up service for you to return the item back to us.

To request a return, please visit the page: “RMA (Return Material Arrangement)”, fill-in the form andsubmit it.

*The customer is fully responsible for the return of any item during transit. Thrassos will not be liable for any return shipments that have been lost or damaged during transit.

Whether you return the item without any reasons, it should meet the below conditions:
– The item is bought from Thrassos
– You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item
– You have received our authorization for your request.
– The item is returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
– The item is returned with the original packaging, in the condition as how you received it (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
– The item is returned to Thrassos within 14 calendar days after your return request is authorized.

**Due to Health and Hygiene issues, personal and health care products (shavers, facial massagers etc.), headphones and earphones are excluded from our 14 days Return Policy.

About Refund:

Upon receiving your returned parcel, Thrassos will issue a refund within 14 business days.
A refund will be credited to the payment method used to place your order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification email.

A full refund or replacement can be issued, subject to below conditions:
– The item is bought from Thrassos .
– You have submitted the return request via RMA ticket.
– You have received our authorization for your request.
– You have returned your item with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
– You have returned your item with the original packaging and in the condition as how you received it(including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
– The item is returned within 14 days after the request is authorized.
– The return reason(s) is/are due to Thrassos -related issues

Further Notes on the Return Policy:

– You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories and manufacturer’s packaging when returning them, to ensure that they are in the original and undamaged condition.

– We reserve the right to refuse a return and also deem an item to have been mishandled.

– If a return is deemed unacceptable and refused, the customer must pay us the return shipping fees to have the product shipped back to them.

– Unfortunately as no insurance will be applied, we are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the merchandise during the return transit. If preferred, you could send the item back to our Usa warehouse with insured postage at your own cost.

– Due to the nature of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) we only offer returns if:

  • Five or more dead/bright pixels are visible in any position
  • 3 or more dead/bright pixels are visible within 3mm of one another

– If your parcel is missing an item or accessories, we will resend you the missing item(s) after investigating with the courier.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery




Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.




We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Shipping returns


To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
